Choosing proper size is relatively easy. Simply print out the chart below in actual size and have an observer hold it near the ear canal to choose the nearest diameter for best fit. The LARGE Hearplugz-DF approximates the circumference of a AA battery and the MEDIUM Hearplugz-DF approximates the circumference of a AAA battery. Anything smaller would suggest choosing SMALL for best fit.
