What this means is you have a fits-in-the-palm-of-your-hand flashlight that you can quickly deploy as a headlight that points where you are looking. Which certainly beats clenching a standard light in your mouth with drool running down the barrel as you attempt to carry on with the task at hand. Pocket sized and very handy, you can of course use the spring-retrieved head cord to mount the lamp on things other than your brow, like your wrist. Water resistant design has a low battery indicator to tell you when the 140 hour burn time in the 3 included AAA batteries has expired. Easy and reliable push button switch toggles between 3 white light modes (High, Economy or Flashing) and 2 red LED modes for preserving night vision or to use as a flashing beacon. The ideal just-in-case light. 50 lumens.
