I had lost a bungee and had poorly secured my Ortlieb Dry Bag (also a great product) It came semi loose and wedged between the fender and the tire. This rubbed a large hole in it. I have put it back to serviceabe condition with three of these patches. The glue seems to be more of a solvent that welds the plastics together great bonding.
