tent #1710

Review by Bill on 2/20/12

will this tent sleep two adults?

very dry

Review by crazysuper on 7/15/11

Used this little tent in Montana this May, my very first and only time in it and it pounded down rain for seven hours straight! This impressive little tent kept me quite dry considering it was right out of the package with no seam sealing or waterproofing. Just a few drips from tent fly and a couple from around zipper but all in all, considering the rain it had to stand up to that night, i can recommend it highly. A little judicious extra waterproofing should make it impenetrable.

A great little tent that packs small

Review by jackpiner57 on 1/28/10

I have used this tent for the last three seasons and it has kept me dry and comfortable in light to medium rains and temps from 25F to 85F while touring Nova Scotia,New Brunswick, Northern Quebec, New England, PA, OH, NY. I am 5' 8" tall and 195 lbs. This tent is very quick to set up and take down. There is plenty of room to sit up to change clothes, use a laptop or take a "baby wipes" bath. The door is easy to get in and out of and it has a nice zippered window to look out of or let more air in. It's 7' length allows me to fit my helmet, riding jacket, boots and Cortech Tri Bag Tailbag at the foot end of the tent. Riding pants go under my pillow. It's 15" x 5" packed size makes it easy to fit just about anywhere. I have stored this tent, a North Face Allegheny sleeping bag, Thermarest pillow and ground cloth in a Givi E21sidecase with a little room to spare.

I haven't spent a night in torrential rain yet, so I can't comment on how that is.

Enjoy the ride! - jackpiner57
