Armband for bicyclist Review by Matt
I ride every day at night on my bicycle and needed to be more visible. I purchased the arm band and have been satisfied with its performance. Unfortunately, it needs more modes of flashing from its two modes: on and a steady, flash. The band makes me visible to vehicles and that's the purpose. I recommend having another two settings of flashing lights. I got the largest size and it works around a thin, jacket and the heavier one I wear in the winter. The battery has lasted now for a month. It's a watch battery. The on/off switch is easy to locate and the elastic cinch is easy to use. It has a plastic clip, male female part that makes it easy to open/close too. It doesn't rub to much against my body when I wear it on my left arm nor does it slide down my bicep either. (Posted on 8/15/11)
These armbands are great! Review by Modesto Mike
I have worn these armbands for three years everyday in all kinds of weather on a 150 mile round trip to work. I have replaced the batteries only twice. Wouldn't be without them! People can definitely see you!! (Posted on 3/9/11)
This armband failed 14 ho... Review by John Madden
This armband failed 14 hours into a ten day trip. My upper arm is outside of the slipstream of the windshield. The armband was in the 65 mph wind. Evidently the wind worked under the battery section and tore it off. It may have survived if I knew to position the battery to the rear. (Posted on 8/18/08)
