PackJack - Electrical - Repair

Received in two or three days.
Saw before I bought it that it doesn't work well on smooth concrete, and it doesn't, but on coarser surface, it works pretty well. My V Strom has spools, but I found that it was difficult to get a good purchase on it, and I need to hold it in place. I put upward pressure on the saddlebag, and the bike pops up pretty easily. Wish it made more positive connection with the spool, but I only pinched my hand once, and that won't happen again, now that I've got the hang of it. I would buy it again.
