AD1 Motorcycle Pants

I ordered a pair of AD1 pants without velcro on the leg, and they promptly arrived WITH velcro on the leg. I contacted customer service, and they immediately apologized and put in an order for the correct pants. They told me to keep the original pants until the new ones arrived, and that they would include a pre-paid shipping label. Service like that is why people keep buying from companies like Aerostich. BTW, the pants look great, and I can't wait to give them a try on my upcoming Africa trip!
