Small MotoFizz Camping Seat Bag
- Product Review (submitted on January 6, 2010):
I can't recommend this bag enough. 9 out of 10 motorcycle thieves agree, including the bastard who stole mine last week. Which is why I'm back at Aerostich buying a new one.
I had this bag for a couple of years doing full-time all-weather Florida commuting (40 miles a day, lots of rain, 30,000 miles on the bag). It spent a lot of time on the miniature rear "seat" of my Speed Triple, and then got to stretch out on the comparatively spacious ZX-14 seat. Fits great on both bikes.
Plenty enough space for rain/winter gear, a bike lock, tools, 2 water bottles and a few groceries.
It has been personally tested to hold fast even at umm.... spirited speeds.
Downside is that it isn't waterproof, but the rain cover does its job well. Pro tip: spray it with fabric waterproofer like they sell for Jeep seats, and the bag contents will stay dry enough in rain showers. (Still need the cover for prolonged rain riding)
