Product Description

Thin for sealing stitched seams and is also ideal for repairing tents and leathers because of its excellent adhesive properties. It will wick deeply into seams and zipper tapes and dries fully in only a couple of hours. (Urethane base). 1 oz. tube comes with a syringe applicator. The Repair Kit contains a .25 oz tube of Seam Grip, two 2"" patches, brush applicator, and a handy storage container.

DIRECTIONS Seam Sealing:

1. CLEAN surfaces with Seam Grip® Seam Cleaner or isopropyl alcohol.

2. APPLY Seam Grip® to inside of seam. Apply thin film, holding tube opening flat against seam. Lightly squeeze and draw tube across threads. Seam Grip® may also be applied with brush. Use brush to even out any heavily coated areas.

3. LET DRY overnight (approximately 12 hours may be longer in low humidity. For 2-hour dry time, mix small batches of Seam Grip® with Cotol-240™. Apply with brush. Mix new batches as needed.

4. STORAGE: Wipe cap clean, advance contents to tube neck and cap securely. Store in cool, dry place.

5. CLEAN-UP: Clean hands with isopropyl alcohol.

NOTE: Fully-cured Seam Grip® may cling to itself when folded. After first application, lightly dust fully-cured areas with Pro-Talc™ or talcum powder.
