The cover makes it look like every other Fitness/Diet/Self-Improvement book...but inside is an entirely different kind of fitness and health guide explaining how we eat, live and exercise…and why much of what we do is not good. The premise is simple: Humans evolved over 500,000 years and our eating + exercising practices are from only the last 30,000 years of post-agriculture civilization. Mis-match.
