Originally developed for the military, X-Treme Tape™ is a self bonding wrap made from a special high quality silicone rubber which adheres to itself when wrapped under tension. It forms a permanent non-conductive, air and watertight insulating seal which stays flexible and won’t crack or melt in temperatures from -60° to + 500°f. It can be removed later if needed and won’t leave any messy, sticky residue like vinyl electrical tape. Great as a coolant hose patch, electric insulator or tool handle wrap. Quadrillions of uses.
