I have put 20,000+ miles on these boots, many in the far northwest (Yukon. Alaska). If you expect the worst possible conditions, you need these boots because they will let you concentrate on the essentials and enjoy your trip. Wear warm socks. They're easy to walk in. Accept no substitutes! You'll have no regrets wherever you go.
