  1. Best rain pants !
In typical Aerostich fashion the fit and finish exceed expectations ! How small they pack away is a big benefit to these pants and there will be no excuse to leave them behind !

  2. When it rains I'll know.
Clear weather right now so can't test them, but they were easy to put on over my riding gear and boots, of course my wife wondered why I was putting the gear on when it was 80 degrees.

  3. Best Rain Pants Ever!
This is my third try at a pair of rain pants. Others took too long to put on or ripped after a couple outings, and when you’re on the side of the road in a rain storm, time is of the essence. I’ve worn these Aerostitch rain pants several times already. Not only are they the easiest and quickest to put on, but they hold up really well and they store away so easily since they are ultra lightweight and fold up to almost nothing. This is one completely satisfied customer.

  4. Excellent Quality
I've been looking for a lightweight rain pant and certainly found it here. Excellent quality which can easily be easily in the fabric, zippers and seams, long zippers on legs make for an easy on/off and it packs away very compactly by folding/stuffing it into its own pocket...extremely easy.

I'm 6'2", 205 lbs and Pauline (sp?) helped me during ordering and suggested a Large/Long, which I ordered. I was skeptical as all my other rain gear have been XL. Thanks Pauline...you were right! Nice fit, not at all baggy and plenty of inseam length.

Lastly, I live in AZ and received the pants very quickly with standard shipping.

  5. Awesome Gear!
On my most recent across-the-country trip I encountered several severe rain storms. Since riding time is scarce for me, I try to maximize the miles during these trips - meaning I ride in the rain. These rain pants are awesome and work as advertised. They are lightweight, stow easily, and doff and don easily as well.
Zippered legs below the knee allow me to slip these over my Combat Touring Boots easily.

They are light enough to be worn in between rains or on those "just in case" days of on off rain.

    I strongly recommend these!

  6. Easy to pack rain pasnts
I live in California and do most of my touring in the western US. Rain and damp weather come as often as the sunshine. I also ride 24/7/365. So having rain pants that pack small so I can keep them with me all the time means a lot. Also when packing for two you need all the room you can save. These pants pack small almost flat in the saddle bag. they work well to fight off that Oh Crap rain storm you just ran into unexpectedly. The only issue I have is, the zipper needs to go further up the side of the pant leg. having large feet and trying to put them on under an overpass standing up in the wind is frustrating. If that zipper was longer like the Roadcrafter pants it would be very helpful

  7. Top Quality for Northwest Weather
First Aerostich purchase! Without knowing much about the company I decided to try some of the "lower priced" gear. Wow, if the more expensive items are made half as well as these rain over pants, I'm sold. I live next to one of the most rainy sections of the U.S., the Olympic Peninsula and I commute to work at least three times a week, all year long. These pants are light, easy to get into and STOP the rain. Seam sealed zippers are excellent and the pants don't may me look like the Michelin Man, yet are roomy in the seat area for flexibility.

    Thanks Aerostich!!!

  8. Proven pants
I have owned other brands of rain pants for those days or times when you need to put on rain gear quickly.
Although pricey, these pants are far more better in quality than others.
The zippered pants legs are way much better than elastic when trying to get into the pant. Elastic draw string is also outstanding. Fit of the pant is true to form.
Rode for several hours in the rain. Outstanding! These pants will allow plenty of air so that you are not sweating in a sauna as compared to other rain gear pants.
Highly recommend this pant for your daily commute.

  9. double good
Wasn't sure I'd like them. I wear bulky off-road boots and these were the only rain pants I found that would come close to zipping closed over the boots. Threw 'em in the saddlebag just in case... Wow, not only do they keep me dry, they also keep out the cold wind that seeps in even when it's not raining. I can wear my vented riding pants and use these as a warm over-layer. They're staying in my bag as a "don't leave home without them" piece of gear.

  10. Great product
Recent trip found us in big downpours in Arkansas, Alabama, and Tennessee. Pants were easy to don and doff and kept me completely dry; unlike my brother who was wearing a suit designed to be "waterproof ", he had big leaks. I also wore the boot covers and was pleased as well. I know they won't hold up in a crash but for staying dry and not crashing, these pants are great.r
