If Found Unconscious... Sticker

It always gets a laugh when people read it

I had one of these stickers on a long forgotten helmet, probably close to 20 years ago. When I came across this again I had to buy one. This suits my sense of humor perfectly, not to mention hitting 3 for 4 on the images (I quit smoking)! ha. Maybe you could change the cigarette to a cigar! Then 4 for 4.
