Bongo Board

I have one of these in my office and I sometimes go stand on it and think. It's not nearly as hard as the whirly board, but it's hard enough. I've most definitely gotten better at it. Lately I have been trying to take my sweater on and off while standing on it. Someday my staff will come and and find me on the floor with my sweater over my head. It's good fun! My wife jumps on it when she visits. I hope it improves my dirt bike riding, which is why I got it.

gave as a gift. i am sure it will last a lifetime. i want one for myself.

My physical therapist and chiropracter both recommended this product to increase muscle tone and reaction times. I've been using one like this, and it has really built up my legs, and I do think I could react faster.
