A better wiring harness, built here in the Aerostich factory. This Pre-assembled wiring harness makes Ear Cannon installation a breeze. Mount the horn to the bike, plug in the wires from the harness, route the wiring to the battery and connect to the terminals. Simple, quick installation. Unlike other harnesses, ours Includes a 20 Amp relay and 20A fuse, insulated terminals, 18" total of wire and complete instructions…not that you’ll need them. Parts sourced and made in America too.

This optional buckle adds versatility, especially for fast on/off. The high-strength polymer buckle features a unique self-aligning design for a secure attachment that will not release unexpectedly, even under load. And the dual release tabs are intuitive and easy to operate with a single gloved hand. 500lb tested break-strength. Add this option to a new bag order, or retro-fit onto your existing Aerostich Messenger Bag. Does not interfere with strap length adjustability. 2.5"×2.5"×.38". Black.

A coil cord for connecting the vest to the motorcycle. The ultimate in simplicity and reliability. Remains flexible in all temperatures. Stretches from 1.5'–5'.

This connector is used as a suit side entry pocket pass-through, and eliminates the need to thread the power wire through the side entry zip in one piece suits. The SAE end plugs into the electric garment, ending in a QuiConnect 2 coaxial male connector (inside the suit). Captured by the side entry zip or powercord port, this connects to a 6.5" QuiConnect 2 female wire with an SAE end to connect to the standard switch coil cord (outside the suit). The elec-gear wire pass-thru in all of the one-piece suits (Classic Roadcrafter, R3, R-3 Light) was inspired by Steve Hall, who called it the 'Hall-Pass'. Thanks Steve!'

Our favorite. Faster to manipulate. Easiest to use. QuiConnect 2 coaxial connectors are quicker and easier to connect/disconnect in all situations. Slightly less electrical resistance than SAE, so your gear heats up a bit more quickly, too. Kit includes Switch Coil Cord (#173), Powercord Extension (#179), and Battery Fuse Cord (#176).

Optional pockets expand storage options for R-3 and R-3 Light suits. Hook strips on pocket backs attach securely to the integrated loop pre-installed inside suit chest areas. These pockets offer waterproof storage for sensitive items. Drop pocket is 6"×8" and features top opening access with hook and loop closure. It can be added to either side. The longer 5.25"×11" Cargo pocket opens along its side and seals via hook and loop to keep your contents secure. Specify right or left.

A narrowed TF3 knee impact armor that's more comfortable than the standard riding--suit sized TF knee armor inside the knee armor pockets of Aerostich Protekt Khaki's and Jeans. Same height as standard TF knee armor (10") but 1.5" narrower (6" vs 7.5"), so it fits and feels better in these pants. Also will fit the knee armor pockets in Classic Roadcrafters, R-3's, Darien and AD-1 pants. A fitted black Supernyl bag encloses each knee armor pad.

Zip this lined Cordura panel into your two piece Roadcrafter suit to allow greater forward lean and a more comfortable fit on some sport bikes. Increases the suit's torso length by about 3". Black.

SAE connectors are very reliable, waterproof, and rugged — unaffected by rain, mist, dirt. Useful for excessively adverse riding conditions. Kit includes Switch Coil Cord (#113), Powercord Extension (#109), and Battery Fuse Cord (#112).

Ordinary low-budget sheet metal screws bite fine into ice but get ground away quick on paved surfaces. With sharp tips made of corrosion-proof, super hard, abrasion-resistant tungsten carbide, these ingeniously designed studs allow most of the tire’s rubber to be in contact with clear pavement while providing increased traction over mixed snow or ice. The best part is they’re simple to install — the studs self-tap with the included bit that fits any power drill. Just mark your tire, drill each one in and you’re ready to ride. For everyday winter riding, low profile studs (A, B or C) will keep you on the road. The off-road stud (D) is only for off-road / dirt riding. Scooter A & B are for scooters only. If you ride through the winter you’ll have fun, your bike will horribly corrode, and everyone will think you’re crazy. Perfect! Avoid the expense, downtime and trouble of scheduling tire changes at a shop and gain the satisfaction of knowing the job was done perfectly (and is ready just when you need it). With this balancer and a couple of tire irons (plus a bead breaker for tubeless tires) anyone can get a precision balanced tire in a few minutes.

Method: Slowly spin, mark the low spot, repeat, add (tape it on) a temporary weight, spin, mark, repeat, re-weight, spin, repeat, etc… When wheel always stops at random points, securely attach the required weights and the job is finished. Ultra-low friction bearings make the process very sensitive to the smallest change in weight for super accurate results. Finely finished cantilever frame is easier to use than a conventional stand: lock the axle to your wheel and set the bearings into the saddles on the stand.

The balancer uses larger bearings for maximum sensitivity and durability, and features a stronger and stiffer frame that doesn't flex or vibrate, and which provides more stability. This stand’s removable axle design also allows for more compact storage.

Optional cup and cone type adapter fits most wheels used on single sided swing arms. 14mm axle also allows use of standard BMW Paralever wheel adapters (available from BMW). The modern ergonomic pockets, vents, armor and numerous other details have all adapted from the well-proven Roadcrafter Classic model (a lightweight Cordura Gore-Tex version of the CJ). This one uses a supple 10.10 oz. English waxed cotton, with an added layer of waxed cotton fabric incorporated for increased abrasion protection at the elbow and shoulder areas. For greater comfort and super fast on-and-off CJ’s are fully lined with black supernyl. It’s a dense weave nylon that looks and feels a bit like satin but is far more durable. Impact protection is provided by removable TF3 or TF6 armor in the shoulders and elbows, with pre-installed hook & loop for adding the optional TF back impact armor.

Large underarm vent zips, a two-way zippered back vent and an adjustable dual height collar allow huge airflow on warmer days and when zipped up with a thermal layer underneath a CJ will keep you warm and protected even in the coolest riding weather.

Nine outer and one inner pocket allow ample storage and organization for your EDC items, including a extra-large zippered cargo pocket on the right chest with a hidden supernyl stash pocket just inside for quick access to cash, cards, or your phone. There’s also a zippered pocket on the right forearm for change, keys or earplugs. Hidden under the upper left chest outer pocket’s weather flap is a helmet holder carabineer, and the pass-thru design behind this pocket provides easy glove storage when gassing up. Large lower cargo pockets feature fold-over flaps for all weather secure stowage.

The rain flaps covering the back airflow vent and front logo pocket are the same fabric as the jacket body, but for riders wanting additional nighttime visibility, these flaps are available on special order with 3M Scotchlight® Reflective material instead.
