We tried this stuff and felt refreshed and alert afterwards. The idea behind this soap is that the infused peppermint and caffeine absorb into your skin, leaving you zippy as a squirrel after use. The jury is out on whether the caffeine, peppermint or both do the trick, but whatever it is, it works.
