These new headlight bulbs are smaller and brighter than any last gen stuff especially at this price. The latest tech upgrades and Philips Luxeon chips create a super Bright White Intense (BWI) 6000K beam. Shines up to 6000 Lumens. The output of the single beam H7 is 2.8A, and the HI/LO H4 is 3.3A at high beam and 1.6A at 12V for low beam. 40W output power. IP68 waterproof design and made from lightweight 6063 aviation aluminum casing material. Provides long service with an expected 30,000 hour lifespan. LED bulbs provide a lot more light than regular headlight, this features a slightly larger transformer and a more powerful LED set. Features 4 light-generating LED's with a 40/50watt LED for even more light. Larger transformer provides both a longer service life and the greater power required. This bulb kit also uses a machined aluminum screw-on mount flange with a locking allen screw so the position of the LED's inside the headlights reflector can be adjusted very precisely, to help project the best and most useful beam shape.

These are very bright. Red versions (solid or flashing) make nice added tail or brake lights, white lights enhance visibility as an auxiliary running light. The reason to use the brake light version is obvious. The reason to add one to the front of your motorcycle isn’t….and is this: Not for roadway illumination, but to make your approach more obvious to those ahead. Why? Because anything unusual stands out. Locating one of these, always-on, next to a front turn signal or beside a headlight turns the usual head-on appearance of a motorcycle into something slightly irregular, thus more clearly standing out from amongst the rest of traffic. Note: The wires connecting to the micro-circuit board inside the aluminum light housing are fairly small. We recommend adding 'silicone seal' to the hole in the light housing the wires pass through to provide strain relief and lessen the chance of a wire breaking in use.
