If you’ve ever encountered the charmingly termed “evaporative recovery nozzles” at gas stations, you know what a semi-spastic wrestling match with one of these flammable-spewing horses appendages can be like. All you’re trying to do is refuel your motorcycle, right? However, for those of us so afflicted, this nozzle key artfully retracts the corrugated... forepart of said alloy proboscis and allows you to gas your bike with a minimum of fuss and splatter.

These are very bright. Red versions (solid or flashing) make nice added tail or brake lights, white lights enhance visibility as an auxiliary running light. The reason to use the brake light version is obvious. The reason to add one to the front of your motorcycle isn’t….and is this: Not for roadway illumination, but to make your approach more obvious to those ahead. Why? Because anything unusual stands out. Locating one of these, always-on, next to a front turn signal or beside a headlight turns the usual head-on appearance of a motorcycle into something slightly irregular, thus more clearly standing out from amongst the rest of traffic. After a great trip you wash the bike and There It Is: big, rubbed-right-through-the-paint dull area, ...right where your pack, straps, and bungees went. ($$$, sh_t.) Whip it out for high performance on hot asphalt. The CFSP looks and works better than a flattened can, which is never around when you need one anyway. Stiff and light, the Carbon Fiber Sidestand Plate is about the same dimensions as a pack of cigs (but thin), so it will fit into your pocket with room to spare. They’re not kidding about the “Blaster” part. A simple back-to-back tape, hook on one side, loop on the other, laminated together into an infinitely useful strip. Like double stick tape, when you wrap it around something and then back on itself, it sticks, and also un-sticks and re-sticks over and over. Retains ample shear strength.
