Made-to-Measure

R-3 One Piece Suit

MADE FOR YOU

Fully Custom Tailored

Fitted like custom roadracer leathers (though not quite as tightly). Thirty body measurements are used to create a pattern. Then, a suit is constructed uniquely tailored to your shape and form. This all-new option gives us the ability to fit those who previously may not have been able to get a proper-fitting suit using our standard graded sizes and alterations.

HOW TO

The Process

  • Share your measurements here or download the PDF form and send it to us (email or snail mail).
  • We will evaluate your measurements to determine whether a standard size (with or without available alterations) or a fully made-to-measure suit is your best "fit".
  • If a made-to-measure suit is best for you, we will send you a link to download the measurement app to get even more detailed measurements.

A Bespoke R-3?

"An R-3 One Piece Suti is a long-term investment in riding gear that will help you ride more often, to more destinations, and in more types of weather and situations. It helps you put motorcycling into more areas of your everyday life. In typical usage, one of these suits will last for more than ten years and over 100,000 road miles, and, if damaged in a crash, they are usually repairable. Comprehensive refurbishment and maintenance services are available. For many riders, their R-3 outlasts their bike. Because an R-3 is a large investment, having a better and more accurate fit is important -- especially something more than the usual S, M, L, XL, XXL grading found in commonly imported gear. My R-3 quickly became my 'old friend'. Make one yours, too. You'll appreciate the difference every time you put it on."
