A hat like this is a simple thing. It seems. But not really. The purpose of this cap is to be compact enough and light enough to be able to be stored un-noticably in the front long-zip pocket of any of an Aerostich (or other) riding suit or jacket, so when your helmet comes off you can protect your head, and shield the sun from your eyes.

After a great trip you wash the bike and There It Is: big, rubbed-right-through-the-paint dull area, ...right where your pack, straps, and bungees went. ($$$, sh_t.) This anti-slip, padded, cut-to-fit foam covered mesh can save your bike’s paint from a thousand abrasions or scratches on your next trip. The most carefully loaded duffels and soft bags can ‘walk’ due to road and engine vibrations. Place this durable 3/16” thick reinforced pvc mesh between your bags, bungees and bike bodywork for maximum protection and increased load security, no matter how rough the road conditions. If you can predict a problem, you can prevent it. This versatile stuff is also great as a tool drawer liner in the workshop, an anti-skid sheet on a dashboard, or a vegetable bin liner in the fridge. The fastest, most comfortable, versatile and easy way to carry stuff on a motorcycle, scooter or bicycle. Triangular in cross-section, messenger bags wrap around your back and stay in position when riding. The original ‘Courier’ size holds a small briefcase, a few magazines and some files…plus a tablet and notebook computer with room to spare. It is the most versatile and best selling size.

All are constructed of 1000D PU-backed Cordura nylon, with a seamless bottom for maximum strength and durability. All also feature a bright yellow reinforced PVC waterproof inner lining. Also inside is a usefully-sized organizer pocket (two on the Parcel size) and ‘clip-on’ key loop.

After long use they’ll develop an ‘experienced’ patina that reflects your individual patterns of use and wear. The 2" military-spec nylon shoulder strap adjusts quickly and easily via a cam lock buckle for a secure, comfortable fit. For heavy-load all-day comfort, there is an oversize, removable, load-spreading shoulder pad with a grippy Ultrasude surface (it’s optional for the Letter size).

The flap closes with a wide strip of hook and loop as well as adjustable side-release buckles to accommodate oversized loads. There's also a useful carrying handle on the top center. Visibility is assured with a wide strip of 3M Scotchlite™ reflective running across the flap.

These bags are as simple to put on as a guitar, and easier to learn. Red, black, grey, hi-viz lime yellow, or blue (or limited edition pink in letter, dispatch, and courier sizes only).

Compared to bungees and nets, straps are more secure because they can be cinched almost completely solid, which prevents loads shifting on washboard gravel or bumpy paved backroads. The 1" quick release Delrin buckle made will handle a minimum of 250 lbs. Similar looking straps sold in camping stores are too short to be useful for packing a bike and the buckles are not-quite-strong-enough. These are over eight feet long (100"), and the webbing has a 1300 lb break strength. (May be cut to shorter lengths and fuse the ends with a cigarette lighter). Sold in sets of 3.

A fantastic semi-rigid sided tank bag and the result of decades of detailed refinements and improvements which help it work better and be easier to use on your trips across town or around the world. Fits most sport, sport touring, standard gas tanks perfectly and is a 'just-right' size, combining plenty of carrying space with room to easily move around when riding through corners, standing on the footrests, etc. Large map window provides a great view of your map for easy analog navigation and doubles as a water resistant cover over the large center zipper access. It's ideal for track days, high speed backroad twisties and other fun hooligan-type riding applications. (You know who you are…) TF3, polyester, and Cordura.

For maximum protection. Two oversized TF3 hip impact protectors in shaped pockets that attach with hook & loop to the lining of any Aerostich pant or suit. Includes adhesive hook & loop for fitting into any garment. Available with or without pre-curved shape with a hard shell.
