A hand kneadable, steel-reinforced epoxy putty adhesive/sealant that will plug holes and make permanent repairs on wet and dry surfaces. It can be drilled, sanded, filed, tapped, machined, and painted. This Herculean-strong putty cures in 20–30 minutes, even while completely submerged under water or gasoline(!).
