Their reversible design includes seven purposeful pockets in a black Supernyl fabric shell, including dual hand-warmer pockets, a side entry drop-in ergonomic left side chest pocket, a top opening chest pocket on the right side, two large zippered compartments behind each hand warmer pocket and a large zippered pocket across the lower back that the entire jacket to self-stores neatly within for packing and travel. Inside-out when packed, with integrated webbing loops so it may be safely attached to your bike, or worn on a belt like a fanny pack. Also works well as a sleeping or reading pillow when camping.

The grey TLTec Wind Pro model features a thick, dense 200 wt. wind resistant “super fleece” which is extremely breathable yet provides 4x better insulation and more draft resistance than common department store fleeces.

The blue TLTec Wind Blocker version is made with a slightly thinner and even more highly windproof 100 wt. fleece that offers 2X faster moisture wicking than other windproof fleeces, while retaining good breathability for all day comfort. It's also marginally more compact-to-pack. Because of its slightly more wind-blocking TL Tec, it also offers a bit higher insulation level (as measured in lab testing) than the noticeably thicker Wind Pro model.

Wear either as a cold weather comfort layer inside a Darien Jacket, or alone as a casual/off-bike jacket. Wherever you are going, both eliminate some of the weight and bulk of traditional liners, and both are equally long-use durable. They both feature a durable water repellent (DWR) finish to keep you drier and more comfortable thru the wettest conditions.

Either version will wear a good deal warmer than you'd expect on cool mornings, and both compliment a Darien jacket perfectly. With all new Darien jacket construction an optional zip-in liner zipper (#375) is available at no charge, but most wearers prefer to simply wear these together, without this complication. Editorial, Field Tested: Aerostich Ultralight Bike Cover

Sheepskin cushions, cools and lets air circulate. When it’s sticky hot, you’ll sit cooler. And when it’s freezing, sheepskin is warm and comfy. Between extremes it’s always luxurious. Sheepskin has long been used by those who sit for extended periods because of how it cushions and vents.

These are luxurious top grade sheepskins, laminated with an Aerostich-exclusive, non-skid 3⁄16" PVC foam mesh base, so they won’t creep around on your saddle, even if you ride aggressively. They also won’t hold or absorb much water. Saddle sheepskin pads help you stay more comfortable, refreshed and alert on long rides. Each pad features eight strategic bungee attachment points, two lengths of adjustable bungee, and four no-scratch nylon hooks for a custom installation. Made in America.

Note: Not recommended for use on leather saddles.

Compared to bungees and nets, straps are more secure because they can be cinched almost completely solid, which prevents loads shifting on washboard gravel or bumpy paved backroads. The 1" quick release Delrin buckle made will handle a minimum of 250 lbs. Similar looking straps sold in camping stores are too short to be useful for packing a bike and the buckles are not-quite-strong-enough. These are over eight feet long (100"), and the webbing has a 1300 lb break strength. (May be cut to shorter lengths and fuse the ends with a cigarette lighter). Sold in sets of 3.

Make attaching bungees easy and fast. Add a tie-on place where you can reach it. Black 3/4" flat webbing securely sewn. Adding a small amount of adhesive where the webbing crosses itself allows these to remain permanently set up on your bikes frame, ready for use. Two 3⁄4"×5", two 3⁄4"×7", and two 3⁄4"×9" loops. (6 loops).

Note: These loops are intended to make it easier to secure duffels, packs and luggage to the back of a motorcycle for travel, and are not strong enough to help strap a bike to a trailer or truck.

A simple back-to-back tape, hook on one side, loop on the other, laminated together into an infinitely useful strip. Like double stick tape, when you wrap it around something and then back on itself, it sticks, and also un-sticks and re-sticks over and over. Retains ample shear strength. Could you find a use for this stuff? Thought so. Can be easily cut to different widths and lengths without unraveling. Wonderful for securing radar/gps type things to mounting brackets and for strapping down wires and cables as a re-usable zip tie, but thousands of other uses, too. Features HTH 888 and 889 types, with the world famous style 22 hook. Two kinds (both black, both 1""×36""): Standard is thinner and more flexible (but slightly less strength), or Heavyweight is thicker, bulkier (but stiffer/stronger) for bigger and heavier stuff.

After a great trip you wash the bike and There It Is: big, rubbed-right-through-the-paint dull area, ...right where your pack, straps, and bungees went. ($$$, sh_t.) This anti-slip, padded, cut-to-fit foam covered mesh can save your bike’s paint from a thousand abrasions or scratches on your next trip. The most carefully loaded duffels and soft bags can ‘walk’ due to road and engine vibrations. Place this durable 3/16” thick reinforced pvc mesh between your bags, bungees and bike bodywork for maximum protection and increased load security, no matter how rough the road conditions. If you can predict a problem, you can prevent it. This versatile stuff is also great as a tool drawer liner in the workshop, an anti-skid sheet on a dashboard, or a vegetable bin liner in the fridge.
