Extend the storage capacity of your Aerostich messenger bag by adding one of these flap extenders. Attaches to existing flap velcro to offer even greater room for carrying a larger load. These were originally developed for a local sandwich shop who use Aerostich messenger bags for their bicycle delivery service. They found that even the cavernous capacity of a Courier bag could be filled up with a large order from hungry office workers, so this solution was devised to give them more sandwich hauling space without adding another delivery rider or a second bag. It works great! Expand the flap of your messenger bag to comfortably haul even more stuff on your next ride. Each flap is sewn from the same materials as the original bags, and includes a 3m Scotchlight reflective strip for added visibility when riding in low light. Specify fabric, size and color.

These attach securely inside and make sure your phone, pencils, papers, tickets, checkbook, sunglasses and other items don’t get crunched, damaged or lost among the larger stuff you are carrying. These are very bright. Red versions (solid or flashing) make nice added tail or brake lights, white lights enhance visibility as an auxiliary running light. The reason to use the brake light version is obvious. The reason to add one to the front of your motorcycle isn’t….and is this: Not for roadway illumination, but to make your approach more obvious to those ahead. Why? Because anything unusual stands out. Locating one of these, always-on, next to a front turn signal or beside a headlight turns the usual head-on appearance of a motorcycle into something slightly irregular, thus more clearly standing out from amongst the rest of traffic. A hat like this is a simple thing. It seems. But not really. The purpose of this cap is to be compact enough and light enough to be able to be stored un-noticably in the front long-zip pocket of any of an Aerostich (or other) riding suit or jacket, so when your helmet comes off you can protect your head, and shield the sun from your eyes.

Durable no-scratch resin molded body with steel inner frame hooks that can help you make up custom cargo carrying applications. Easy to set up ‘V’ hooks allow cord lengths to be easily adjusted and securely held at the perfect length and tension. Two hooks per pack. 3"×2.5"×.25" each.

Compared to bungees and nets, straps are more secure because they can be cinched almost completely solid, which prevents loads shifting on washboard gravel or bumpy paved backroads. The 1" quick release Delrin buckle made will handle a minimum of 250 lbs. Similar looking straps sold in camping stores are too short to be useful for packing a bike and the buckles are not-quite-strong-enough. A fantastic semi-rigid sided tank bag and the result of decades of detailed refinements and improvements which help it work better and be easier to use on your trips across town or around the world.
