Beginning with details from the Roadcrafter Classic Pants, this version features a supple and durable 10.10 oz. waxed cotton outer with a second layer of waxed cotton at the knees for more abrasion protection. And for comfort everything is fully lined with durable black supernyl.

Removable TF3 or TF6 impact armor is included in the knees, with pre-installed loop for easily adding optional hip armor. Worn by themselves they are wonderful. The pants have belt loops and a waist drawstring with cordlocks to adjust fit, or the 270º circumferential two way zipper allows them to be secured to the jacket making it nearly as fast and convenient to wear as a one piece suit. Side flaps open to reveal two additional pockets sewn into the lining, and allow side access to inside pants pockets.

Storing or traveling with your Aerostich suit or jacket is easy with one of these Garment Bags. Available in two lengths (Jacket or Suit versions) and two fabrics.

The lightweight version is made using black sil-nylon and is perfect for hanging your suit for closet storage (maybe to keep the other garments in your closet from direct exposure to the roadgrime).

The standard version is constructed of a water resistant black 500D Cordura® material, with a few added straps and hardware for rolling up to be carried or checked as baggage when traveling. Durable protection for your protective gear.

The Competition Falstaff uses slightly stiffer, heavy-duty 10.10 oz waxed cotton compared to the standard 8.25 oz waxed cotton of the original Falstaff.

If you fancy the waterproofness and uniquely experienced look of classic, traditional 100% English waxed cotton gear but demand modern venting, TF3 or TF6 technical armor and Scotchlite™ ref lective areas, a Falstaff ought to do it.

Its authentic English waxed cotton is exactly the same fabric proven in traditional British gear. Rugged 8.25 ounce fabric, made the same way for over 170 years, with proven resistance to inclement weather, while the cotton fibers allow it to breathe. It is highly durable, exceptionally comfortable and proven by generations of riders, outdoorsmen and commercial fisherman (wearing oilskins) in the harshest conditions. As the fabric ages it also develops a well-worn and comfortable patina, telling your unique story of every mile ridden. (The Competition version uses heavy-duty 10.10 oz waxed cotton.)

The Falstaff features a rich plaid cotton lining, with two huge inside pockets, a soft ultrasuede faced collar, and an oversized cargo pocket behind the back vent reflective flap.

In hot weather it wears more comfortable than the British jackets because of its generous dual slider zippered underarm and back vents. And the standard Aerostich TF3 or TF6 impact armor provides crash performance far beyond what the ‘olde-blighty’ gear offered. Cleans with a damp sponge.

A fantastic semi-rigid sided tank bag and the result of decades of detailed refinements and improvements which help it work better and be easier to use on your trips across town or around the world. A narrowed set of TF3 knee impact armor that's more comfortable than the standard riding--suit sized TF knee armor inside the knee armor pockets of Aerostich Protekt Khaki's and Jeans. Same height as standard TF knee armor (10") but 1.5" narrower (6" vs 7.5"), so it fits and feels better in these pants. Also will fit the knee armor pockets in Classic Roadcrafters, R-3's, Darien and AD-1 pants. A fitted black Supernyl bag encloses each knee armor pad.

This kit allows you to do complete on-the-rim tubeless tire repairs in a jiffy with the included Pocket Plugger, and the also includes a valve adapter with CO2 cartridges to refill your tire, so you can get back on the road quickly. The Pocket Plugger utilizes an included Allen wrench to turn an integral ram, which minimizes effort and securely seats the pre-lubricated plugs — no rubber cement is needed.
