The modern ergonomic pockets, vents, armor and numerous other details have all adapted from the well-proven Roadcrafter Classic model (a lightweight Cordura Gore-Tex version of the CJ). This one uses a supple 10.10 oz. English waxed cotton, with an added layer of waxed cotton fabric incorporated for increased abrasion protection at the elbow and shoulder areas. For greater comfort and super fast on-and-off CJ’s are fully lined with black supernyl. It’s a dense weave nylon that looks and feels a bit like satin but is far more durable. Impact protection is provided by removable TF3 or TF6 armor in the shoulders and elbows, with pre-installed hook & loop for adding the optional TF back impact armor.

Large underarm vent zips, a two-way zippered back vent and an adjustable dual height collar allow huge airflow on warmer days and when zipped up with a thermal layer underneath a CJ will keep you warm and protected even in the coolest riding weather.

Nine outer and one inner pocket allow ample storage and organization for your EDC items, including a extra-large zippered cargo pocket on the right chest with a hidden supernyl stash pocket just inside for quick access to cash, cards, or your phone. There’s also a zippered pocket on the right forearm for change, keys or earplugs. Hidden under the upper left chest outer pocket’s weather flap is a helmet holder carabineer, and the pass-thru design behind this pocket provides easy glove storage when gassing up. Large lower cargo pockets feature fold-over flaps for all weather secure stowage.

About thirty (+-) years ago a co-worker in our fabric cutting area asked for some kind of apron or smock to protect their street clothing from the glues used to make TF Impact armor, and also from the constant rubbing when one leans over against the side rails of our fabric cutting tables. Here is a refined-over-the-years version of what we came up with.  Over time, several customers touring our facility have asked if they could buy one, and now you (and they) can. If you had asked, sorry for the long wait, here they are now.

Two versions: Brown 8.25 oz waxed cotton and Black 500D Cordura nylon. Both feature adjustable 1" nylon shoulder straps to fine-tune fit, an adjustable waist buckle strap to secure it around your midsection, and three deep pockets perfect for tools, small parts, or just about anything else you want quick access to. The chest pocket works great for a pen, notepad, or smartphone. We recommend the waxed cotton if you’re welding and/or backyard BBQ-ing. For most other uses, go with Cordura. Made by us to last at least as long as you do, probably longer. Made in America. One size fits most.

These hook & loop closure bags offer ultra-durable secure storage capacity with a faster, more convenient closure than zip-lock or zippered bags and drawstring stuff sacks. Perfect inside a tank bag, backpack or saddle bag. They are tough enough to stand up to vibrational wear, abrasion and long-term expedition use. The hook & loop strip across the top is ½" wide and end-to-end secure.

The smallest size is perfect to keep earplugs clean and protected. The largest works for full-page documents and file folders. In between sizes are great for first aid kit or cooking tools, or to protect and organize electronics. The one that's long and short is great as a travel office for organizing and keeping pens, receipts, money, and miscellany all in one place inside a tank bag or travel pack. The largest one is available in both a top and side opening version in response to customer requests to expand the storage versatility and usefulness.

We've been making and selling these for more than thirty years now. We're still using some of the originals. They don't wear out. Nobody else makes anything similar, and they continue to work better than anything else for what they do. Nine size configurations and 4 fabric options to choose from:

• Original are carefully made from blue 400D Oxford weave nylon, with a highly water-resistant PU (Polyurethane) coating on the inside.
• Lightweight are sewn from a highly water-resistant 70D grey nylon material, they are tough but not as stiff as the heavier fabric of the Original bags.
• Ultralight are constructed from silky soft, ultralight black SilNylon fabric, making them super packable when not in use, and highly protective when they are.
• Traditional Waxed Cotton bags are hand-crafted from the same authentic brown waxed cotton used to make Falstaff and Cousin Jeremy riding gear and offer rugged durability, water resistance and a retro-cool authentic look.

These hook & loop closure bags offer ultra-durable secure storage capacity with a faster, more convenient closure than zip-lock or zippered bags and drawstring stuff sacks. Perfect inside a tank bag, backpack or saddle bag. They are tough enough to stand up to vibrational wear, abrasion and long-term expedition use. The hook & loop strip across the top is ½" wide and end-to-end secure.

The smallest size is perfect to keep earplugs clean and protected. The largest works for full-page documents and file folders. In between sizes are great for first aid kit or cooking tools, or to protect and organize electronics. The one that's long and short is great as a travel office for organizing and keeping pens, receipts, money, and miscellany all in one place inside a tank bag or travel pack. The largest one is available in both a top and side opening version in response to customer requests to expand the storage versatility and usefulness.

We've been making and selling these for more than thirty years now. We're still using some of the originals. They don't wear out. Nobody else makes anything similar, and they continue to work better than anything else for what they do. Nine size configurations and 4 fabric options to choose from:

• Original are carefully made from blue 400D Oxford weave nylon, with a highly water-resistant PU (Polyurethane) coating on the inside.
• Lightweight are sewn from a highly water-resistant 70D grey nylon material, they are tough but not as stiff as the heavier fabric of the Original bags.
• Ultralight are constructed from silky soft, ultralight black SilNylon fabric, making them super packable when not in use, and highly protective when they are.
• Traditional Waxed Cotton bags are hand-crafted from the same authentic brown waxed cotton used to make Falstaff and Cousin Jeremy riding gear and offer rugged durability, water resistance and a retro-cool authentic look.
